My personal approach to my work is a "strength based" one. What resources and strengths does the person have or need encouraging to develop, to keep moving towards healing and a stronger sense of self.
Each person is unique and the way of working will call for different apsects of my trainng: using art, drama, gestalt, T.A, psychoanalytic therapy.
We all need to learn to understand our own feelings, responses, and needs, and how to care for ourselves in order to have balance, hope, purpose and healthy relationships in our lives.
